[he can do fast. retrieving the line is, thankfully, designed to be easy- it unhooks itself at the push of a button and is retracting back in to him with enough force to knock his arm back - he could probably use it as a lash, if necessary. but for now he's moving just a step behind One, still breathing steadily-if-quickly.
